DOCVEIL BETA

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the DocVeil public beta provided by DocVeil. By using DocVeil, you agree to these terms.

Beta service

DocVeil is provided for evaluation while the product is being improved. Features, limits, availability, and preview pricing may change. No payment is collected during the current beta.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having the right to process every document you open and for complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality, employment, financial, court, and records-management obligations.

Review is required

Automated detection is assistive, not guaranteed. It may miss sensitive information or identify harmless content. You must review every page, suggested area, manual area, and final output before relying on or sharing it.

Redaction choices

Black, white, and REDACTED boxes are intended for irreversible rasterized output. Blur is visual masking only and must not be treated as permanent removal of sensitive content.

Acceptable use

Do not use DocVeil to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, abuse authentication systems, interfere with the service, or process content you are not authorized to handle.

No professional advice

DocVeil does not provide legal, regulatory, security, or compliance advice. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and use case.

Availability and warranties

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect OCR accuracy, or suitability for a specific legal or compliance purpose.
